2. Description of Service
CompareMuffin is an AI-powered comparison tool. Comparisons are generated by AI and are for informational purposes only — not professional advice.
3. User Accounts
You must sign in with a Google account to access full features. You are responsible for your account activity. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Paid Plans & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed via Paddle monthly or yearly. Cancel any time via Account settings. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase — see our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not submit illegal, harmful, or abusive content. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the platform. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.
6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
AI comparisons may contain inaccuracies. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions. CompareMuffin makes no guarantees of accuracy.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, CompareMuffin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
